By decree given by the CIVIL COURT, FIRST HALL on 28th December, 2012, on the application of BEZZINA YACHT YARD LTD, Wednesday, 23rd January, 2013 at eleven in the morning (11:00 a.m.), has been fixed for the SALE BY AUCTION, to be held IN A HALL OF THESE LAW COURTS, REPUBLIC STREET, VALLETTA of the following items seized from the property of MY NAVIGATOR.
Vessel MY Navigator, registered in United States of America, official number 303328, gross tonnage of 121 tons, net tonnage of 36 tons and length of 102 feet.
N.B. The said object will be sold as described in the acts of file number 50/12.
