By decree given by the CIVIL COURT, FIRST HALL on the 27th July, 2011, on the application of MICHAEL ATTARD LTD, Wednesday, 19th October, 2011 at eleven o’clock in the morning (11:00 a.m.), has been fixed for the SALE BY AUCTION, to be held at GARAGE FORMING PART OF GARAGES, TRIQ L-GĦARGĦAR 1979, QORMI of the following items seized from the property of ATTARD PHILIP.

- Vehicle Pegeout of white in colour with registration number DAK 992
- Vehicle Pegeout metallic grey in colour with registration number BAK 765
- Vehicle Pegeout of white in colour with registration number DBL 773
- Vehicle Pegeout of white in colour with registration number DBL 772
The said objects will be sold as described in the acts of the judicial sale by auction number 39/2010.
