By decree given by the CIVIL COURT, FIRST HALL on 4^th of August, 2011 on the application of Valletta Service Station Limited, Tuesday, 13^thSeptember, 2011 at eleven in the morning (11.00 a.m.) has been fixed for the SALE BY AUCTION to be held in the first floor of these Law Courts, Republic Street, Valletta of the following property.

The property numbered twenty eight (28) Melchiore Gafa Street, Zejtun, free and unencumbered, with its rights and enjoyments, valued at €130,000.

The said property belongs to Jesmond Zerafa (ID 357470M).

N.B The said tenements will be sold as described in the acts of file number 15/10.
