By decree given by the COURT OF MAGISTRATES (GOZO) SUPERIOR JURISDICTION, GENERAL SECTION, on the 8^th August 2011 on the application of APS Bank Ltd. in the records of judicial sale by auction number 15/2011 in the names of APS Bank Ltd. Vs Anthony Cassar etMonday 5^th September 2011 at 11.00a.m. and until the highest bid is adjudicated, has been fixed for the SALE BY AUCTION to be held at the Gozo Court’s edifice in Cathedral Square, Victoria, Gozo, of the following properties:

1. Apartment number 2, in block 54,Seaview Court,Hamri street, Ghajnsielem, Gozo. It is in very good condition, having large rooms and good natural lighting as well as enjoying spectacular views. It is freehold and is valued at €230,000.

2. A garage at semi-basement level, not officially marked with the number 2, underlying apartment number 2, in block 54, Seaview Court, Hamri street, Ghajnsielem, Gozo, measuring approximately 11 meters squared, free and unencumbered, valued at €18,000.

3. A garage at semi-basement level, not officially marked with the number 5, underlying apartment number 2, in block 54, Seaview Court, Hamri street, Ghajnsielem, Gozo, measuring approximately 11 meters squared, free and unencumbered, valued at €18,000.

The said properties pertain to Anthony Cassar (36061G) and Bella Cassar (13380A) and will be sold as described in the report sworn to by AIC Martin Debono on the 25^th of July 2011.
