AUCTION ENDED
By decree given by the COURTS OF MAGISTRATES (GOZO) SUPERIOR JURISDICTION, GENERAL SECTION, on the 15th June 2011 on the application of Theresa Meilak et in the records of judicial sale by auction number 28/2011 in the names of Theresa Meilak et vs Dr. Michael Caruana noe Monday 10th October 2011 at 10.00am and until the highest bid is adjudicated, has been fixed for the SALE BY LICITATION to be held at the Gozo Court’s edifice in Cathedral Square, Victoria, Gozo, of the following property:
Tenement known as ‘Sunset Court’, Flat number 23, New Road in Triq Cordina, Ghajnsielem, Ghawdex, free and unencumbered, and without its’ own airspace, valued at €100,000.
The said tenement was the property of spouses Sgueglia who transferred this flat to the other parties by name of Deticek, liable for hypothec, and will be sold as described in the report sworn by AIC Samuel Formosa on the 9th August 2011 and 6th September 2011.
