By decree given by the CIVIL COURT, FIRST HALL on the 26^th August 2011, on the application of PACE VICTOR ET, Monday, 31^st October, 2011 at eleven in the morning (11.00 a.m.), has been fixed for the SALE BY AUCTION, to be held at AQUATIC SPORTS CLUB, IX-XATT TA’ XBIEX (YACHT MARINA), TA’ XBIEX of the following items seized from the property of BARTOLO DR. NOEL ET NOE.
