• Tuesday 30th June to Friday 3rd July 2026 at 4:30pm
• Monday 6th July to Tuesday 7th July 2026 at 4:30pm

Collection of Purchased Lots
please note that collection of purchased lots will take place from the Central Bank of Malta, Strictly
by appointment

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BIDDING, PAYMENTS CONDITIONS & COLLECTION

BIDDING RULES
• Registration required for each auction session
• A bidding number will be issued per session
• Bidding numbers are valid for one session only and must be returned before leaving
• Clients attending multiple sessions must register again for each session
• Late arrivals may still register during the auction

BUYER COLLECTIONS
From the Central Bank of Malta by Appointment Only
Monday 20th July – Friday 24th July 2026, 9:15am – 12:00noon

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
• Payment by bank transfer only
• For alternative arrangements, contact the auctioneer directly
• Separate payment per auction session is mandatory
• Session Number and Bid Card Number must be included in the Bank payment reference
• One bank transfer per session — combined payments will not be accepted
• Paid invoices must be collected from Obelisk Auctions Gallery by the following day of the
auction (9:00am – 1:00pm only), at which time an appointment for collection from the
Central Bank of Malta will be issued. Alternatively, invoices (signed and stamped) may be
collected from Obelisk Auctions Gallery, Attard, between Wednesday 8th and Friday 10th
July, during which appointments for CBM collections will also be arranged (9:00am – 4:00 only)
• The official signed and stamped invoice must be presented at CBM for collection

 

IMPORTANT
Failure to follow these instructions may cause delays.

 

COLLECTION CONDITIONS
• Collections strictly by appointment only from the Central Bank of Malta
• No collections without prior booking
Buyers must present:
• Original signed and stamped invoice
• Valid ID Card

Failure to comply may result in collection being refused.
